ELLIOT NOSS, President and Chief Executive Officer
Elliot Noss has been a leader in the Internet industry for nearly ten years and has been a driver in the evolution of Tucows Inc. for the last seven. Trained as a lawyer, he joined Tucows in 1997 as Vice President, Corporate Services. He was subsequently appointed president and CEO of Tucows Inc. in May 1999.
During his tenure, Tucows has grown to become a leading destination for Internet software and application downloads. In 2000, the company created the wholesale domain name registration market with the launch of the OpenSRS (shared registration services) platform. In August 2001, he helped orchestrate Tucows' merger with Infonautics, Inc., under the Tucows name. Since then, Elliot has rapidly expanded Tucows wholesale services to offer digital certificates, DNS, and email services to a growing international Reseller channel.
He champions areas of vital interest to the Internet community including; privacy, ICANN reform and registrar matters, the implications of emerging technologies, and the emergence of small and medium-sized ISPs and web hosting companies as the unrecognized backbone of the Internet economy.
Elliot chairs the University of Toronto's Department of Computer Science Advisory Board and is a distinguished graduate of the University of Toronto where he earned a BA. He also earned an MBA and LLB from the University of Western Ontario.

MICHAEL COOPERMAN - Chief Financial Officer
Michael Cooperman has more than 20 years of experience in the financial and general management fields, primarily as a senior financial executive in the technology industry. Prior to joining Tucows, Michael worked at Archer Enterprise Systems Inc., a provider of SalesForce Automation Software. He also served as CEO, Chief Operating Officer, President and member of the board at SoftQuad International Inc., a leading provider of content publishing tools for the Internet and corporate Intranets.
Previously, he spent eight years as the CFO, Secretary-Treasurer and a member of the Board of Directors at Delrina Corporation where he directed all financial management and regulatory activities. Delrina pioneered the development of PC fax software and became a world leader in the communication software market during this period. Michael was a member of the management team that saw Delrina grow over 2800% in revenue. Prior to joining Delrina, he was VP of Finance at Ingram Software Ltd. Michael holds a Bachelor of Accounting Sciences Degree from the University of South Africa.

DAVE WOROCH - Vice President, Sales and Marketing
David Woroch brings to Tucows extensive experience in the technology field.
Before joining Tucows, he worked for 13 years in a variety of roles
including sales, marketing, finance and strategic planning at IBM Canada. He
successfully managed a national sales and marketing team for one of IBM's
product divisions.
David joined Tucows as Director of Sales in March 2000, and was promoted to
Vice President of Sales in June 2001 responsible for all sales activities.
He assumed responsibility for customer support in March 2004 and Domain Direct, the online retail
department, in February 2005. In June 2005, he was given
responsibility for the marketing deparment and became Vice President Sales &
Marketing. David holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree from
Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario.

JUDY FIELDS - Vice President, Operations
Judy Fields has spent more than 20 years operating and managing large business systems. She
joined Tucows in 2000 and was Director of Business Systems until her promotion to Vice President
Operations. Prior to joining Tucows, Judy worked in business systems at Loblaws Companies Limited.
She was responsible for defining the business objectives that drove the design of an industry
leading business intelligence system. She was promoted to Director of Business Systems Development, responsible for
the operation of the systems that managed 5 billion dollars in business annually. Judy holds
an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Wilfrid Laurier University in
Waterloo, Ontario.

CARLA GOERTZ - Vice President, Human Resources
Carla Goertz brings to Tucows more that 20 years of human resources experience, primarily in the Technology sector. She has held several senior roles, as VP Human Resources and Administration at Systems Xcellence Inc., and Castek Software Inc., as well as Director of Human Resources at Tech Data Canada Corp. Carla received her CHRP in 1994 and was educated at Sheridan College.

ROSS RADER - Director, Research and Innovation
Ross has been with Tucows virtually from the beginning. He was the
Director of Marketing at Canada's largest independent Internet
Service Provider, Internet Direct. When Internet Direct acquired Tucows,
Ross managed the implementation of OpenSRS. He became the Director
Research and Innovation in 2001 with the responsibity to explore new
lines of business and opportunities for Tucows' channel of wholesale
providers.
Ross has published articles on software, domain name registation and
domain name policies and spoken at numerous industry events.
He was educated at the University of Winnipeg.

Board of Directors
STANLEY STERN - Chairman of the board of directors since August 2001
Mr. Stern, age 47, has been a managing director and head of
investment banking with Oppenheimer & Co. Inc., an investment banking firm,
since April 2004. From February 2002 to March 2004, Mr. Stern served as a
managing director and head of investment with C.E. Unterberg, Towbin, an
investment banking firm. From January 2000 to February 2002, Mr. Stern
served as managing director of STI Ventures Advisory USA Inc. and as a
member of the board of directors and the investment committee of STI
Ventures, a venture capital company focusing on the high technology market.
From 1990 until he joined STI Ventures, Mr. Stern served as a managing
director of CIBC Oppenheimer, a financial services company.

ELLIOT NOSS - Director since August 2001
Mr. Noss, age 40, is our president and chief executive officer. From May 1999 until completion the of the merger in August 2001, Mr. Noss served as president and chief executive officer of Tucows Delaware. Before that, from April 1997 to May 1999, Mr. Noss served as vice president of corporate services of Tucows Interactive Ltd., which was acquired by Tucows Delaware in May 1999.

EREZ GISSIN - Director since August 2001
Mr. Gissin, age 43, has been the chief executive officer of IP Planet Network Ltd., an Israeli satellite communication operator providing Internet backbone connectivity and solutions to ISPs since July 2000. Before that, from July 1995 to July 2000, Mr. Gissin was vice president, business development of Eurocom Communications Ltd., a holding company that owns stock in several telecommunications services, equipment and Internet companies in Israel and elsewhere.

ALAN LIPTON - Director since August 2001
Mr. Lipton, age 51, has served as president and chief executive officer of Diamond.com, a leading source for certified diamonds, fine jewelry and brand-name watches on the Internet, since November 1999. Before that, from 1995 until November 1999, Mr. Lipton operated the Lipton Foundation, a private foundation that contributes to various charitable organizations. Mr. Lipton serves as a board member of various philanthropic and charitable organizations.

LLOYD MORRISETT - Director since February 1994
Dr. Morrisett, age 72, served as a director of Infonautics beginning in February 1994 and served as chairman of the board of directors beginning in March 1998 until the merger in August 2001. He is the co-founder of the Children's Television Workshop - now Sesame Workshop - and served from 1969 to 1998 as president of The Markle Foundation, a charitable organization.

JEFFREY SCHWARTZ - Director since June 2005
Jeffrey Schwartz, age 42, was originally Vice President of the Juvenile Division of Dorel Industries, a global manufacturer of consumer products. Mr. Schwartz held this position until 1989, when the Company's Canadian divisions were merged and he became Vice-President, Finance of the Company. Mr. Schwartz held the position of Vice-President, Finance from 1989 until 2003. In 2003, his title was changed to Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Schwartz is a graduate of McGill University in Montreal in the field of business demonstration.

EUGENE FIUME - Director since June 2005
Mr. Fiume, age 47, is Professor (since 1995) and past Chair (1998-2004) of the Department of Computer Science at the University of Toronto, where he also co-directs the Dynamic Graphics Project. Mr. Fiume's industrial activities include board positions with Scientific Advisory Board of GMD, Germany, Max-Planck Center for Visual Computing and Communication, TrueSpectra, Inc., Communications and Information Technology Ontario (CITO), the Advisory Boards of CastleHill Ventures, PlateSpin, BitFlash, TrueSpectra, OctigaBay Systems and NGRAIN Corporation; and the Executive Advisory Board of the IBM Lab in Toronto. Mr. Fiume also works with venture capital companies and SMEs on due diligence and strategy.

ALLEN KARP Q.C. - Director since October 2005
Mr. Karp, age 65, has been with Cineplex Odeon Corporation since 1986 and was Chairman until 2004. From 1966 until 1986, he was a partner in the law firm of Goodman and Carr LLP. Mr. Karp also sits on the Boards of Directors of Alliance Atlantis Communications Inc., where he sits on its executive, governance and human resources and compensation committees, Teknion Corporation, where he is lead director and sits on all major committees and the Toronto International Film Festival Group where he is the chairman and a member of all major committees. He is a Trustee of Royal LePage Franchise Services Fund and a director of its management company, the chair of its corporate governance committee and a member of its audit committee. Mr. Karp is also a Trustee of the IBI Group and sits on its audit committee.
